AZYA HOTEL

We are a small, family-run hotel offering 36 comfortable and cosy rooms. Our hotel is strictly non-smoking to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment for all our guests. We aim to provide a clean, restful space for weary travellers seeking a good night’s sleep.

Each room comes with an attached bathroom and is equipped with an 11-inch comfortable bed, a quilt/comforter, air-conditioning, a fan, a flat-screen TV, and a hot shower. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

For our Muslim guests, we provide a Surau on the premises, and every room is fitted with a Qiblat direction marker installed and verified by the Jabatan Mufti Perak.

To ensure the safety of our guests, the hotel is monitored by CCTV in and around the building. Ample public parking is available in front of the hotel, although please note that during the day, parking is subject to local council charges.

Our hotel is conveniently located along the main trunk road between Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur. We are approximately 1.5 hours from Ipoh and 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur via the highway. The main Tanjung Malim township and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris are just a 5-minute drive away. We are also close to Polytechnic Sultan Azlan Shah in Behrang, INSTUN, and Proton City – all just about 10 minutes from the hotel. The Tanjung Malim train station is only 3 minutes away by car.

Guests will find several eateries, KFC, petrol stations, and convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel. For those looking to unwind in nature, natural hot springs and waterfalls are just a 30-minute drive away.
